How to Register
Registration for the conference is now open!
The deadline for registration is extended to Monday, 10 August 2026!
Use the link below to access the registration platform, where you can sign up for the conference and select sessions, workshops and optional activities. Payment is handled by invoice, which you will receive after completing your registration.
The registration fee for the conference is EUR 605.
Registration is binding, and the fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. This only requires that you change the name on the registration, which can easily be done through the link in your confirmation email.
Please note that you can apply for Erasmus+ funding to support your participation in the conference.

- Refrain from any form of harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
If, during the conference, you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please report it to the NUAS GenSec Office at [email protected] or to organisers on site.
